Which project management tool to choose?

As a certified PMP® involved in digital marketing projects, I understand that choosing the right project management tool for your business needs can be challenging. There are a lot of project management tools available out there and each one comes with its own unique features.

When selecting the right project management tool, consider your project requirement and objectives, budget restriction, team size, resource availability, and timeline duration. You might find it helpful to create project-specific criteria to evaluate the tools against and understand what is important to you before making the decision. This will help narrow down the list of project management tools and make sure you pick the one that best fits your project requirements.

Personally, my team and I use Nifty as we like the time-tracker tool which is very helpful when working on projects that are calculated based on hours spent. Also, it allows us to switch from a kanban board view to a swimlane to timeline views on the project.

We have used Trello to keep track of social media content previously before switching over to Nifty. That was because I was measuring the cost of running a project management tool and Nifty seemed to provide the best value based on the size of the team and the projects we were working on. In addition, I have used Asana, Basecamp and Monday.com on client projects. All of them have their respective pros and cons.

In short, managing digital marketing projects can be overwhelming and difficult to keep straight without the proper tools. As a project management professional, I recommend these five tools to any business owner looking to increase their productivity. By using Asana, Basecamp, Trello, Monday.com, Clickup, or Nifty, you will be well on your way to completing tasks and conquering goals more efficiently than ever before.
