THE BRIEF

 

The client, Society of Mediation Professionals Singapore (SMP), required a refresh of their existing website. The brief asked for a seamless process for users to sign up as members or to renew existing memberships, as well as a CRM to manage the membership database.

Additional Tasks

  • Setting up of simple automations including welcome emails, reminders to renew membership fees and acknowledgement of payment received.
  • Use of conditional logic for forms to segment users into the the right membership category.
